When you use the I-DNTITI pilot platform, you share Customer Data—files, records, or documents uploaded for business evaluation. We do not collect personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Platform Usage

Data is used strictly to operate, maintain, and support the platform, troubleshoot performance, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your Customer Data.

Controlled Sharing

Information is shared only with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) bound by strict confidentiality, or if required by a legal court order.

Security Protocols

We employ industry-standard encryption (In-Transit and At-Rest), role-based access controls, and regular security monitoring appropriate for a pilot environment.

Retention & Deletion

Data is kept only for the duration of the pilot. Upon written request or pilot conclusion, we will delete or return your data unless legally required to retain it.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your Customer Data. We own the platform and its proprietary technology, but your uploaded business records remain yours.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to held data, request deletion or return, or withdraw from the pilot at any time.
