Industrial data is encrypted at rest and in transit via AtenTEC's secure architecture and SSL/TLS protocols.
In connection with the I-DNTITI pilot, we collect 'Customer Data,' which includes any data, files, records, or documents uploaded to the platform for testing and evaluation.
This data is treated as strictly Confidential Information under the framework of our Pilot Agreement.
We do not collect personal browsing data for advertising purposes; our collection is limited to industrial telemetry and activity metrics required for decarbonization analytics.
The Provider Parties (AtenTEC and BUE) access and use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to conduct the pilot, provide support, and improve the platform's computational engines.
We shall not sell Customer Data or knowingly disclose it to third parties except as permitted by the Agreement or required by law.
Data usage is strictly limited to troubleshooting, performance analysis, and addressing specific incidents or requests raised by the Customer.
We implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized disclosure or access.
Our security framework includes role-based permissions, access controls, and encryption in transit and at rest where reasonably practicable.
All access to Customer Data is logged and monitored, supported by secure development, testing, and backup recovery procedures.
Upon the conclusion of the pilot or upon written request, the Provider Parties will return or delete Customer Data where reasonably practicable.
Deletion is subject to any prevailing legal, backup, archival, or record-retention requirements.
Confidentiality obligations relating to Customer Data continue for as long as the information remains protected by applicable law.
